Ivy closed her eyes and tried again. She needed to reach Keisha via a wolf's mind link but she couldn't seem to focus. Maybe she wouldn't be able to do it. Back then, it was nanny May who had called out to her and not the other way around. But Bruce wouldn't let her give up. "I know you can do it Ivy, take a deep breath, focus and picture the woman you're trying to reach in your mind. Make sure you can see her clearly, then let Lana take over. She'll help you find Keisha.

Ivy shut her eyes and took a deep breath. Her mind went back to the previous day when she had met Keisha by the lake. Her image formed clearly in her mind and she whispered to Lana, her wolf to make a connection with her.

Suddenly, it felt as if she had been transported somewhere else. She could see Keisha in her mind's eye, but they were no longer at the lake. She could see where she lived and it was like her presence floated in the room.

"Keisha?" She called, unsure if she had succeeded in making the con
