After Jaimie fell asleep, Jasamina and I spent most of our time in the living room playing scrabble board game. I was surprised that Jasamina is really good at it.

"Heavens!" I exclaimed when she won again.

She laughed uproariously, so happy. "I won you again!" She said so smugly.

I gave her a mock glare. "It's because I've been going so easy on you. This time around, I'll forget that you're a woman."

"Alriiiiiiiight. Give it your best shot." She giggled, eyeing the board.

The game started again which went on for hours. The concentration was extensive. The silence in the house was comfortable. Only the ticking of the clock was heard.

Jasamina won again and shrieked so excitedly.

"Damn!" I groaned, glarin
