Lucas could tell by the expression on Luna's face that she was absolutely pissed, but instead of feeling bad about it, he felt even more amused that she was still easily triggered by the word ‘crazy’.

He had noticed over the years that Luna didn't like to be called crazy, and he had always found that weird, especially since Luna was what he would describe as the living definition of a crazy woman.

Everything about her was crazy to him, and he had expected that by now, she had gotten used to being seen as a crazy woman without getting upset about it.

"Did you just call me crazy, or did I happen to hear wrongly?" Luna asked, even though she knew for sure that Lucas had called her crazy.

If there was one word she didn't like to hear, it was the exact word he said, and it was taking everything in her not to punch him in the face for using the forbidden word on her.
