MATILDA'S POV

I sat in front of the large TV screen, with Eva next to me. We both sat side by side on the bed but neither of us was talking to each other, seemed to be in our own worlds. Although my eyes were fixed on the screen, I was hardly concentrating on what was being displayed on it, instead, I was in deep thought.

I would occasionally look away from the movie and stare into space. Eva too seemed not to be concentrating on the movie either, she didn't look happy either. She must definitely be thinking about what had happened earlier and what Louis would be thinking of her at the moment.

It was very difficult for me to get rid of the thoughts of everything that had happened that day out of my mind.

I was mad at Alpha Moses, how could he have spoken about our intimacy which should have been kept private in front of so many people?

I felt hurt and heartbroken that he did not even care about my feelings. Could Sara be right about what she said earlier too?
