MOSES'S POV

Just like the other day, I asked the servants to send for Matilda and her friend to come to the dining since I love the reaction I got from her when she saw Sara and me eating together the other day, I want her to feel bad again, so she would realize that I want nothing from her.

I could not wait for her to be humiliated and heartbroken like she had been the other day. I immediately put my arms around Sara when I saw her approaching with her friend, at least, she would know that she meant absolutely nothing to me.

But I was disappointed when she did not pay any attention to me, she did not even look towards my direction let alone even care about what I was doing with Sara. Instead, she just walked straight to the table and focused on her food, and from the look on her face, it seemed something was bothering her.

Was it because of a man? And the thought of that pissed me off.

Her face was focused on the meal she was eating, turning in her friend's direction once in a while
