15:The last Pure One

Feeling my anger mount, I crushed the note in my hand and threw it away in annoyance. I was dealing with a lot of things at that moment. Whoever wrote that note clearly wanted to mess with my sanity and I was not going to allow them.

If it was the strange werewolf, then he better up his game because I would not allow him mess with me again.

With an annoyed grunt, I got to my feet and trudged home. I didn't have the energy to shift, besides, Moon was totally silent, reflecting on our discovery of today.

The sky was dark, the moon hidden beneath thick dark clouds. Thunder rumbled in the distance and before I knew it, it began to rain.

I didn't bother to find shelter. I let the rain drench me totally as different thoughts racked through my mind. I was like a moving train wreck.

By the time I got home, it was almost midnight. I couldn't believe the distance I had covered when I ran off. Uncle Lucian was waiting at the top of the stairs when I arrived home, drenched and dripping.
