Serenity

I could feel my strength slowly seeping out as I closed the mind link. I felt a little sense of relief knowing that Alpha Gabriel would find me. I didn't know how he would, but I hoped. I could only hope.

The feeling of dizziness took over me again, making me feel limbless and threatening to pull me under. Whatever these human shot into me was slowly pulling me into unconsciousness and I struggled to remain awake.

I was still trapped in my wolf form because the fear of shifting into my human form was too great. I couldn't risk being discovered by the humans.

I weakly raised my head and examined where I was. I could tell I was in a moving vehicle because once in a while, the cage where I lay shook with the vehicle's movements.

Thick chains were wrapped around my fore and hind limbs, preventing me from moving a muscle. There was a tight nuzzle around my mouth, making it impossible for me to make a sound.
