5:Alpha's punishment

Serenity

"Strip!"

The word was like a command. I remained still, my heart hammering madly with the anticipation of what was to come. Alpha Gabriel's voice echoed repeatedly in my head.

'I'm going to spank that nice ass of yours until you plead for mercy'

I felt my entire body throbbing with need, the sensitive spot between my legs pulsing and yearning for something.

"Did you hear me, Serenity?" Alpha Gabriel's voice caressed my ears and I felt his strong hand grab my waist and pull me backwards until there was just a little space between us. "I said strip. Don't make me repeat myself"

I gulped, my lips trembling with desire. He hadn't even touched me yet. He hadn't tried to kiss me. All he said was one word and yet I could feel desire pooling between my legs.

I had never felt this way with any man. Even Moon was silent and I could feel her anticipation.

Without another word, I slowly raised my hand to the front of my pants and began to untie the lace.

I was deliberately slow, drawing it out for as long as I could. This was something I wanted to savour, something I wanted to perfectly enjoy. I didn't know if I would have this opportunity with Alpha Gabriel again, so I had to savour every second.

After what seemed like hours, I grasped the waistband of my pants and slowly lowered it. As I did, I heard Alpha Gabriel suck in a sharp breath.

And then I smiled.

The breath was knocked out of me the moment Serenity lowered her pants and my eyes latched onto her plump heartshaped backside.

As much as I kept trying to tell myself that I was punishing her for disobeying me, I knew it was a partial lie. I had wanted to have this moment with her for as long as I could remember and I had hoped for an opportunity.

Now I had it.

I leaned back on my bed, watching her slowly lower her pants until it dropped to her feet. She was left standing before me in a sexy pink thong.

"Step out of them," I instructed her, my voice suddenly husky. I knew my eyes were glowing gold because I could feel Spirit growling with need within me. The only thing stopping him from claiming Serenity was because she wasn't my mate.

I watched Serenity step out of her discarded pants and push them away with her foot.

Without warning, I grabbed her waist and spun her around. She gasped, her emerald eyes coming alive as our eyes met.

"Come here," I whispered huskily and pulled her over my knees. She came willingly, allowing her body bend over my knees. It was getting increasingly difficult to keep my eyes away from that pink underwear and I sucked in a deep breath, slowly releasing it.

"Next time when I tell you to do something, you do it," I began and brought my palm down on her ass cheek.

Serenity gasped and I saw her eyes close. She let out a soft moan that threatened to wake the beast within me.

"Is that clear?",I asked, running my palm over the clear smooth flesh of her soft bum cheeks.

"Yes, Alpha," she whispered shakily.

"When I tell you not to do something, you don't do it," I continued and spanked her again. She felt so soft against my palm and when she moaned again, I nearly came undone.

"If I ever see Declan's arms around you, your punishment will be worse than this," I whispered and slapped her butt cheeks, harder this time.

"Oh, please Alpha Gabriel," Serenity pleaded.

"Please what?" I repeated, letting my hand rest on her reddened cheeks. "What do you want? Tell me"

"Have mercy," Serenity pleaded and I saw her eyes roll backwards.

"Fuck!" I groaned and pulled her up from my knees. Guided by the lust churning through me, I placed her to sit on my laps, her legs straddling me.

"Tell me what you want, Serenity," I breathed in her ear, one arm holding her possessively towards me.

"Touch me, Alpha," she whimpered and drew my hands towards her hardened nipples. "Please"

I didn't need to be told twice. I claimed her lips in an intense kiss, a groan of pleasure reverberating deep in my throat. My hands roamed her sinful body, awakening sensitive hidden parts that made her hum with pleasure.

My thumbs found her hardened peaks and I teased them mercilessly until she cried out, begging me for more.

"Will you ever disobey me?" I demanded, pinching her nipples between my thumb and forefinger. When she didn't give me the reply I wanted, I increased the pressure and felt her back arch into my hands. "Answer me, love. Will you ever disobey me?"

"No, Alpha," Serenity cried out, grinding against my erection. "I will never disobey you"

"Good",I replied, satisfied with her response.

I pushed off the bed and let her slide down my body. Her eyes were hazy with desire, her lips parted and trembling, swollen from my kisses. Her dark hair was tousled.

I smiled. This was the picture I wanted to see in my head before beginning my day's work.

"Take the rest of the day off," I said to her and smiled charmingly. "And be careful. If anything happens, come straight to me"

I walked past her and headed towards the door. It didn't take long for her to whirl around and stop me.

"Alpha, wait"

I spun around and stared at her. "Yes?"

She gulped and moistened her lips, finding the courage to speak. "Why... I don't understand. You don't want to see me with Declan... but you don't make any attempt to... to let me know if... if this attraction between us will lead anywhere"

I slowly walked back to her and lifted her chin with my hand.

"You may not have known, Serenity," I told her huskily, my eyes staring deep into her emerald ones. "But I've always felt attracted to you. I keep holding back because of the possibility that I might find my mate someday. But I can't hold back anymore. I know you feel the same way about me"

It wasn't a question. I knew Serenity was attracted to me in the same way I was to her.

"I will turn twenty next year," Serenity said softly. "What if I find my mate then?"

I stared at her in silence for a long while and then I released her chin. "If you find your mate, and it is not me, then I will gladly let you go. But until then, I see you as mine"

I turned around abruptly and walked out of the room, leaving Serenity to ponder on what I told her.

Alpha Gabriel's last words kept repeating in my mind.

...'until then, I see you as mine'

This was what I had been wanting to hear from him. This was what I had longed for since I turned eighteen and since I felt attracted to him. I was supposed to be excited, screaming for joy that Alpha Gabriel chose me over the numerous other shewolves pining for him.

Instead, I was sad. Afraid. Worried. If I turned twenty and Alpha Gabriel wasn't my mate, I didn't know what I would do. I would have to kill the feelings I had for him and accept my mate, a stranger that I knew nothing about.

It wouldn't be easy. And if Alpha Gabriel found his mate before I did, will I be able to bear the pain of letting him go?

The thought of him being another woman's mate made me cringe and my mood suddenly turned sour.

I grabbed my pants, remembering how his hands had felt against my naked flesh. I wanted to feel his touch on me again.

I wanted more.

With an exasperated sigh, it tugged on my pants and arranged my hair. Alec and Medea would be waiting for me by now because training was already over.

I stepped outside the mansion and my eyes looked around the yard, searching for Alex and Medea. They were nowhere to be found.

I spotted Declan and before he could turn towards me, I looked away. I wasn't in the mood to speak to him, nor anyone.

I didn't see Alpha Gabriel among the other warriors so I decided to take his advice and take the rest of the day off.

"Set me free, Serenity," Moon said to me. "I want to go for a run"

I obliged and walked into the forest. There I released Moon and I felt my human form recede, my silver wolf emerging as I shifted.

I shook out my fur and broke into a run.

For hours I remained in the forest, allowing the smell of the wild forest to calm my scattered thoughts. It was late noon when I finally decided to return home.

And then I perceived it. A strange smell, harsh and unpleasant.

I turned around and scanned the forest, my emerald eyes sharp and alert.

And that was when I saw it. Two red eyes glowing from the shadows.

Someone had been watching me.
