Logan's POV

The door flung open as I barged into my room in anger. I have been trying to hold it in since she said those words to me.

The words kept echoing in my ears, especially the part where she said she saw a guard with Kara.

My fiancée was sleeping with a guard; she was cheating on me.

I pulled off my shoes and socks before heading to the bathroom to wash my hands.

When I came out, I yelled from inside.

"Get me beta Simon!"

I knew some of the guards must have heard me scream that.

I began to take off my clothes as I waited for Simon. It didn't take long before he knocked.

"Come in," I said in a cold voice, and the door opened.

"Good evening, my lord. How was your outing?"

I wanted to cut his head off when he asked me that.

"Why didn't you tell me about Kara trying to kill Alexa? You knew, yet you kept it a secret from me," I didn't want to get angry and yell at him.

After all, I was the one who was blind not to see all of Kara's evildoings.
