Chapter 193

Logan's POV...

The air was a little warm, and although I was a good distance away from the kitchen, I could still smell the odd aroma of raw meat being fried. The smell of burnt blood did things to my nostrils that I could not just explain. Maybe it appealed to my inner wolf.

I had missed dinner with the rest of my men at the pack dining room. I was more concerned with my heart, which was beating a little out of control, than my grumbling stomach.

Simon had joked once or twice about my current state of loneliness and how he thought it was affecting my productivity - whatever that meant. To me, I was doing perfectly alright, and there was no reduction in my productivity. I trained when I had to, I was always available for patrols, I did rounds in the territory and I tried to make sure everything was perfect. I still could not understand why Simon thought I was not performing at my best.

I agree with Donna that this is a complete joke,with everything Alexa was put through. What is this nonsense happening here???? so your idea is to have him get with someone else??? so he really didn't care for Alexa in the first place, right? since his so willing to move on
