Had Silas not already been injured I would have hurled him to the wall and yelled at him until his ears bled.

The guy seemed to have a death wish.

I urged him to yield but my stupid friend did not want to yield and I could do nothing except stand and watch.

I had to do something…anything.

His opponent was smiling wickedly at Silas who doubled up and coughed again, puking blood while more of it continued to flow out of his abdomen.

His eyesight looked blurry and he had trouble focusing on his opponent who easily ducked when Silas tried to hit him with a punch.

His opponent cackled and looked at the crowd that applauded at him. He then shot his leg backward and hit Silas right in the back of his knee, making Silas fall down.

“You rascal”

I yelled but the opponent merely turned around to look at me and gave me a grin. That only made me feel madder. He had tricked Silas and I had to find a way to trick him if I wanted Silas to walk out alive.

Then I would have to find the antidote
