Lisa's POV
Klaus paced in front of a mahogany wooden door with several engravings made in gold on it. The door leads to the private meeting room--so I've been told. He pauses in his stride as he sees me and Kayden walking out of the maze, hand in hand. His eyes fall on our linked hands for a moment before he looks back at you. "You arrived just in time." His eyes found their way towards me alone. "Have you seen Jonas?"
I felt dread fill my stomach. I do not want to think about how he is humiliating me right now. "I've not seen him since he yelled at me."
Klaus tapped his foot impatiently as a frown made its way to his face. "He went to look for you immediately after you left."
