Alessa led Kyle to the nearest train station to catch their first train. Kyle trailed behind her cautiously. She led him down the sticky and dirty staircase that led to the equally sticky and dirty station. Unfortunately for Kyle, it was peak rush hour, so when they got to the station it was full of people, waiting to get onto the next train. The small platform barely had room for them all. Thankfully, a brick wall behind them had a TV screen that indicated the next train was on its way in two minutes.“That is nuts!” Kyle observed looking around. “This is New York. True New York. Not the New York you see from your ivory tower. This is my New York.” Alessa smiled taking in the humid stench of the subway. “Maybe I should show you my New York next,” Kyle said, staring at a gentleman with several face piercings and blue hair.“I see that New York every day. I am not a fan of it.” Alessa scoffed. “Look, the train!” Kyle smiled away from Alessa and she couldn’t help but mimic him. The
“Shit, he already left for another meeting!” Kyle said, looking at his phone, in the middle of the hustling and bustling Times Square.“Oh, now what?” Alessa asked.“Oh well, can’t be helped. What did you need to do here?” “I needed to go to a fabric store but I think it’s closed on Mondays.” Alessa was also on her phone looking up at the store, which showed a red “closed on Mondays” on her screen. “Now what?” Alessa asked. “We are in the most New York place there is. Maybe we can explore. Show me your New York.”“Okay!” Alessa smiled. “First thing first, you need to try a bagel here. You can literally go into any of the bagel shops and you will not get a bad bagel.” Alessa began walking, and as she expected, Kyle followed behind her. She led him out of the busy street into one of the smaller, slightly quieter streets. She saw the first shop and turned in.At the corner, she said to an uninterested teen, “Two jalapeños and cheese bagels with egg and cheese please.” “Is this food h
Alessa assisted Kyle as they made their way back to the mansion. Anytime they were sitting on a subway, or on a bench Kyle asked to rest before walking, he placed his head on Alessa's shoulders to sleep. She kept him close by linking her arms with his as they made their trip back.Once they did come back home, she took him up to his room. His room was grand. It was probably bigger than Alessa’s and Madison's apartment. It had a fireplace in the corner, above which there was a large TV, collecting dust. In the corner, Kyle had a large wooden desk and on the wall, there were rows and rows of books. This area looked like it was used more than his bed, which was nearly made with a dark maroon duvet. Alessa ruined the tautly tucked duvet and helped Kyle into the bed. Kyle loosed his tie and undid all the buttons of his shirt, exposing his six-pack torso. Of course, this torso couldn’t handle a bagel and sugar. It’s never consumed that before. “Stop ogling me while you get me into bed,”
Alessa made it a point not to show up at Camelot at 6:30 on the dot. She was officially protesting. So when she declined Kyle’s fifth phone call at 7:15, she was proud of herself. So proud, she decided to treat herself to a pancake breakfast the cooks had made. As she ate her first bit of the delicious cinnamon stack pancakes, someone grabbed her arm to stop her from eating more.“Breakfast time is over. Work now! I’ve already waited almost an hour chasing you down!” Kyle barked.“I never agreed—““Are you coming or am I forcing you?” He cut her off. Angry.“Forcing me? How are you going to—“Again he did not let her finish. He put one of his hands under Alessa's legs and another on their back and scooped her up. “Like this!” Alessa wiggled her feet but Kyle was unaffected. He began walking out of the kitchen, and none of the staff stopped him. They just giggled “Put me down!” Alessa yelled.“Nope,” Kyle looked straight ahead, his face confronted into a smile.“I won’t do any work!
Alessa used the arms that Kyle had just let go to wrap around Kyle’s neck, then she tiptoed and placed her lips onto his. Kyle grabbed her waist and used it to push her up against him. She could feel his excitement on her thighs, and her own sex quivered. They deepened the kiss, swaying into a nearby wall, causing Alessa to be pushed into Kyle even further. They stayed like this for a while—it felt like days for Alessa—until Alessa opened her eyes and saw the waiter nervously eyeing them. She let Kyle go which stopped the kiss. “Fuck me. Are you trying to kill me, women? What was that?” Kyle yelped in excitement. “I thought you’d never kiss anyone before.”“I am a quick learner,” Alessa said, wiping around her mouth to make sure her lipstick, which was smeared all over Kyle, wasn’t looking the same on her. Kyle reached out to fix it for her, and she wiped his lips in turn. Until the touching of each other's lips caused both of them to lunge at each other again. This time Kyle kisse
Alessa spent the rest of the day hiding out in the penthouse, but thankfully work was in full swing and she barely had time to think. By the time lunch rolled around, she hadn’t even noticed. It wasn’t until the same waiter from last night knocked on her door with a delivery that she realized it was 12:30. “Mr.Danny sent this for you ma’am.” He said, rolling in a cart. On it, there were pancakes, cereal, and a salad with a folder note in the corners. It read: You probably forgot to eat, or maybe you were too angry to eat again. I usually see you eat breakfast food so I hope you enjoy this breakfast for lunch. P.s. The salad is if you're really not in the mood for breakfast. Alessa smiled and texted Kyle, I did forget. Thank you! Plus I never say no to breakfast. That was the only bit of excitement for the day until it was dinner time. One of Kyle’s meetings ran late so he asked her to come to Camelot. Once she got to the building Alessa made her way to Kyle's clear office
On Wednesday, Alessa packed her clothes for a few days and decided to use the week of Madison’s absences to spend at the penthouses. Kyle, who was busier than she expected, left early and came back late, but Alessa made sure to wake up, so they could spend as much time together as possible. She even tried to surprise him for lunch the next day but she found out Kyle had in fact rescheduled his dinner with Aspen to lunch then. She decided to quietly bow out of Camelot, but that night she didn’t wake up to talk to him. On Friday, Kyle declared he was taking a day off.“You shouldn’t work either.” “I can not not work. I’ve never taken a day off. Not really.” Alessa said, opening up her laptop in her bed. “Plus Madison is out.”“Hold on, let me call Madison and tell her I need you. John and her have been on vacation for the past few days. They can work today.” “What are you going to tell her? Alessa and I are shacking up together and will not be working today?” Alessa laughed.“Maybe.
The next morning started for Alessa with a phone call. “Hello,” she groggily answered.“Where are you? I went down to your room and didn’t see you.” Madison’s voice rang on the other end.“Who’s calling you at 5 five in the morning?” Kyle stirred next to Alessa.“Is that a guy?” Madison gasped.“It’s the TV in the PHAT break room.” Alessa lied. Shocked at how fast she came up with a lie. She motioned Kyle to go back to bed. He shrugged but listened, and turned around to go to sleep. “Oh, I thought—never mind. Come back! I need to catch up with you! Haven’t talked to you in a week.” She said, excitedly.“Now?” “Yeah, why not? You're up already.” She chirped. “Madison, it’s five in the morning! I am going back to bed, you do the same. I’ll see you when I get back to the mansion.”“John and I got married! Come back.”“What?” Alessa snapped up, now fully up.“What happened?” Kyle said, getting up with her. She shushed him. “Okay, I’ll be right there.” She hung up, and faced Kyle not
