Jealousy immediately hit Kiandra and she subtly turned and glared at Lucas while wondering what he had done to Zendaya to make her change so much.

“Shall we?” He asked and she nodded. Without wasting time, they both left the room to Lucas’ study. Lucas was the first to enter the room after which she entered.

She closed the door and when she turned, she found Lucas standing too close to her. A gasp escaped from her lips and she instinctively moved back, her back hitting the door.

The smile Lucas had on his face only made her more nervous as she knew it wasn't a good thing whenever Lucas smiled. What devilish idea had he come up with to torment her this time? She asked herself.
