Chapter Twenty nine

Ecantas boutique was a name Weruche had only heard before in the few commercials she had ever watched, and she tried to hide her awe at it's magnificence -- and the price tags of the clothes Marie insisted she try on. She tried not to feel guilty about the several bags that was packed full of very expensive clothes. Marie had hushed her protests by calling it company property. According to her, Weruche was being paid to look good.

The clothes were loaded in the trunk, and Marie began asking her about her identity information, the nickname she preferred, and if she had any previous presentable photo. She's shook her head, and Marie rolled her eyes. She was setting up Weruche's social media account, she explained.

They drew up in front of Karis's house, and Marie informed her that she had scheduled a photo shoot for her the next day.

She nodded and was about to run up the few steps that led to the door.

She turned.
