Chapter twenty three

Weruche who had been sitting sitting in the living room leafing through a fashion magazine lifted her head when Karis walked in. She had taken off the clothes she had worn in the company building, and for lack of what to wear, had gone searching through his wardrobe. She was now dressed in his T shirt which was oversized, and drooping from a slender shoulder. Underneath, she wore nothing but her panties, and suddenly aware of how indecently she was clad, she tried to cover as much of her milky skin that was showing.

He smiled, amused at her efforts. ''I must admit, it's nice to come home late in the evening after dinner with a beautiful woman to find another beautiful woman in your house -'' his gaze traveled over her slowly. ''and wearing your clothes.''
