“Roseanne, leave him,” Nicholas said, trying to detangle her from the man’s body whose nose he had just bloodied. “He is not your man. Leave him.”

He was so angry at this time that he could kill anyone who dared to mess up with him. He wanted to bend her on his knees and punish him for touching inappropriate men. Why on earth did she drink when she knew that she couldn't behave? She could do anything she wanted with any man. He shouldn't care. And if any man dared to come near her and let her take advantage of him, Nicholas swore that Johnson would have to spend all night digging graves and handling dead bodies.

“I will press charges,” The man said while wiping his bloody nose. “I won't leave you and her. You broke my nose when I was getting harassed.”

“I'm sorry,” Nicholas threw an apology at the man while he pushed Roseanne away from him. She was squirming in his hold. She was trying to get out and fly in the world
