Fifty eight

After bidding Tara goodbye, Hailey returned to Nolan, who was already waiting for her. They walked towards the limousine that was already waiting for them. Tino helped Nolan in, and Hailey gently slipped into the car. As she stared out of the window, she couldn't help but let a soft smile creep onto her face. Nolan had shown up unexpectedly and saved her from an embarrassing situation. If it hadn't been for Nolan, she would probably still be in a mess.

"Are you that happy?" Nolan, who had noticed her expression, muttered.

She took a glance at his face. His lips twisted, capturing Hailey's full attention. His aquiline nose sat atop his faded pink lips.

"Is something on my face?" Nolan arched a brow at her.

Hailey quickly averted her gaze and shifted closer to the side door. Nolan glared at her, unable to understand what was going on.
