Chapter sixteen

Mia’s pov

“Mia” I heard a soft voice call, a voice I didn’t recognize. Who could possibly be calling me?

“Open your eyes Mia” the voice said and I opened my eyes as instructed, why was I outside?

How did I get outside? The last thing I remember was… Trevor. Did he dump me outside after I felt asleep?

“Mia” this time it was a whisper, making me get up from where I was laying and instantly froze on the spot. I looked around but couldn’t see anyone but that’s not why I froze.

I was standing in the middle of an unfamiliar forest, surrounded by tall trees that blocked the sun, giving the place a creepy vibe.

“Mia!” this time, it sounded rushed, I looked around but still couldn’t see anything, how could I, this place was too dark to see beyond where I was standing.

“Violet, I could use your eyes right about now” I said to my wolf but was surprised to be met by silence.
