Chapter sixty seven

Mia's pov

I remembered everything I'd been feeling since this morning when I discovered how to unlock my power and control it.

Knowing myself, being sure and not being afraid of who I am. I held on to that knowledge and felt my wolf and magic rush forward, becoming one with me as we peaked.

I looked deep into recesses of my mind, trying to see it again, that beautiful place I'd had the pleasure of seeing just once.

A place of peace and wonder, a place of immense beauty. I searched for the picture I'd made sure to engrave in my memory.

And I saw her face, her beautiful smile and her sparkling green eyes. I remembered her voice and I remembered her name.

"Gaya, Goddess I need you" I whispered the words yet I felt them echo in my mind, the sound wave rippling like when a stone is dropped into still waters.

I felt her presence before I saw her, somewhere, deep in my soul, I felt her call and my ears rang with that sweet voice of her.
