Samantha POV

I am sitting on the boat just watching as the ocean flows by. I keep thinking about how everything just ended. I have given my trust to everyone on that island. and they just threw me away like yesterday's food.

I asked Kaleb one last favor before I left. I asked him to send one last letter to Joan, saying that I do not know when I will be able to write her a letter again. I told her that as soon as it was safe that I will send her a letter with my new address.

I have been on this boat for two days now. I am so bored. All I can do is sit and stare out of the window.

I just hope that my new master will be better. However, I know that I will never find a better master than Kaleb, Even if he betrayed my trust.
