Zane and Robert raced back home in silence, they ran for a while and when their house came to view, they slowed down a bit, stopping to shift back to their human form. After shifting, Zane picked up the deer from the ground and started heading towards the direction of his house, he paused a little and turned to Robert.
"Running with you wasn't that bad, we should do this again some other time,” Zane said looking into the woods, not wanting to see the smug smile plastered all over Robert's face.
"Sure, I'm always up for running with you anytime and anywhere, and don't forget to save me apart from the catch, I will come to your house tomorrow morning for it, let me go check on my pack members,” Robert ran off not waiting for Zane's reply, waiting would give him the chance to refute his statement of coming to his house for his share of the meat.
