Amelia couldn't sleep anymore; the bed was cold next to her and the room was too quiet. She had been laying in bed staring into the ceiling for up to five hours now. When she left Shirl's bedroom, she went home immediately waiting to hear from Robert and Shirley. Robert came back a few hours ago and he told her that they had a good time that they ran for a while and even went out to hunt. She was happy that they got along and didn't fight so that would make Shirl's work a little bit easier. It was really annoying and heart wrecking waiting for what seems like forever to hear something you so desperately needed to hear.
