Ignoring him

The moment I stepped into the office, several pairs of eyes followed me, their whispering among each other reached my ears. Some even sent me sour looks.

I frowned, wondering the reason behind their odd behavior.

"Oh, look who is here," Sasha snickered, gathering attention of the other two girls who were standing beside her. Her two bitch friends in this office. "God knows who is gonna be her next target today!" 

"Shh, don't talk in that manner. Otherwise who knows, you could be the next one," Cora, one of Sasha's friends mocked.

I pursed my lips, irritated by their antics. What the hell are they talking about? 

And here I thought Sasha had reformed.

"Why don't you guys come forward and say whatever you want to say in my face, instead of whispering nonsense to each other like cowards?" I said, stopping right in front of them.
