70. Drowsy

...Sienna POV...

When I woke up, it felt like someone had slammed my head against the concrete floor repetitively. My head was pounding, and my vision was rather blurred. I was confused and disoriented. I couldn't remember what happened, which was causing my head to hurt the more I forced myself to recall the events. I closed my eyes, unable to keep them open for long periods, as the light only contributed to my headache.

I could hear the faint sounds of someone talking but couldn't figure out who it was or who they were talking to. It was almost as though they were talking to themselves, as the conversation seemed to be one-sided. I could only make out one person talking. Did that mean that whoever was here was clinically insane, as they were having a full-blown conversation with themselves? Or was there more than one person here? Or were they on the phone?
