Lucian's POV

"The Northern Command has a lot of people working for it, and right now they are keeping a close eye on the frozen islands. So far, they have only seen smoke coming from one of the northern islands. There should be someone there, "Amoux told me what was going on as I looked at every part of the small map. Everything looked like it was where it should be.

"That's enough," I said with a nod before looking at the mountains to the east. When I looked at that front, the corner of my mouth would twitch. It was the hardest part of the kingdom to watch over and the part I liked the least. Snow and mountains I couldn't climb had always been my weak spots.
