The more they walked into the woods, the darker it got. Amelia was frightened. She turned her back and could sense something following them.

"Is this very necessary? Must we go this far for a picnic?" She said she sounded unsure and scared.

"Why?" Sandra's tone lightened. "Don't tell me you are scared. Wait, are you really scared?"

Amelia shifted uneasy in her stance. She refused to answer.

"This isn't exactly the kind of place I had in mind when you mentioned an outdoor picnic. I thought it would be somewhat of a garden"

"Don't worry. Just right past that fence is a wall and beyond that wall, we have a beautiful meadow. I go there all the time"
