I don't understand my own instincts right now. I should be running out of this place and hiding deep inside the mansion, even though it does not feel safe there either. But rather, I am standing here, caressing the fur of the wolf's face to comfort it. If it gets too comfortable then I will be the next meal. Yet something about it feels very familiar. Have I seen it before? I barely have come across any wolves before, how can I know this one? The wolf does not resist my action and just sits on the ground with his eyes closed. The blood flow had stopped, but medicine was required to heal it. How am I supposed to tell it to come with me? And where would I get the medicine? 

Sadness grips over me as I understand that I cannot help it after this. Even though it is one dangerous creature, no one should be considered harmful before you learn their reason. The Barnard's called out to me as a threat and mistreated me, even before understanding what I was going thro
