Two years later...
"Come on Joey one more push." Michael was standing next to me as I pushed one more time and our gorgeous boy came into the world. He was perfect in every way. The nurse handed him to me.
"So what is this little guys name?" She asked. I looked at Michael and he nodded.
"Brandon Michael Morris." The nurse smiled and then left us to ourselves for a little while. Brandon was my father's name which just felt right when we decided on a name for our son.
The aftermath of Ethan and Dan's deaths was nothing to spectacular. No one questioned us on what had happened. The corner had said that they had shot each other which matched with mine and Michael's story. We never said anything else about that night.
