Cresent Shaped Moon

It's morning, it's only been a couple of days since I was captured by Xavier's damn brother Michael. He wanted me dead, since I'm the reason why he no longer had a title in the family after what I had caught him doing when we were kids. Thank goddess I did because that vile man would have run this place into the ground. He watched me get kidnapped, watched my parents be brutally murdered in front of me, when I couldn't remember anything, he would come and touch me at the Red Mark Pack.

Poor Xavier is so on edge now, I'm just glad we made up last night. I finally opened my eyes, the sun pouring into the room from the windows, causing me to squint a little bit. Xavier held me all night, not letting go once. His face so close to mine, his long lashes leaving the faintest of shadows on his cheeks. His black hair, thick and needing a haircut, it's getting long. He's pale, he wasn't taking care of himself while I was gone.
