I woke up on a medal table with a female leaning over me with a scalpel in one hand and her other hand buried deep within my chest. I was surprised when the chains holding me down were easy to break allowing me to move quickly I grabbed her hand and removed it from my chest, turning her around so that I could pull her back tight up against my front and allow me to sink my fangs into her neck.
I continue to drink slowly as I lift my eyes and watch the door. I smile as we are soon joined by Malcolm and what seems to be his team of werewolves. JULIANThe drive back to the territory and the castle was a quiet one. Just before we get to the border, I pull into a gas station. SAVANNAHI quickly grab the other backpack, swing it over my shoulder, and then follow him out the door. We walk across the clearing between the castle and the forest as soon as we enter the treeline, Phoenix takes off running.
