“You joked!” She softly said, still under the impression of shock, “Wow, oh gosh, I didn’t think you could say anything other than yes, no, or pure profanity.”

Tristan rolled his eyes and swatted at her arm, as she laughed away. That was true though, it was very unlike Tristan to loosen up this quickly around someone, but it was just something about Eleanor that made him want to trust her.

It was a little past midnight when Eleanor's car pulled up in front of Tristan's mansion. Both of them looked at each other for a brief moment before she said, "Are you expecting me to get out and open the door for you? Because I'm not going to do it."
