Chapter 4

“Not bad. Next time can try a little more.” Brandon heard Peter ask. His lips smiled softly. Thinking of that soft taste, Brandon felt excited again.

Looking at Brandon’s infatuation, Peter chuckled, guessing that Brandon was already a little interested in the girl.

“Do you know her name? Next time you can ask her directly to serve you.” Peter thought for a moment, deciding to suggest to Brandon.

“Hmm, apparently not, just kissed just now, then she slapped me, now here we are. I haven’t had a chance to ask her name.” Brandon recalled, shook his head in response to Peter, with a little regret in his heart, “Next time I visit the owner, I hope she doesn’t run away.”

Peter said nothing. A moment later, he reluctantly looked at Brandon and smiled. “Kiss someone you don’t even know his name. Brandon, you’re so good!”

“Haha, it’s normal.” said Brandon.

Three people Brandon, Jack, Peter walked for a while on the main road, waved to catch a taxi. Brandon looked at Jack, sighed, “Go to my private villa in the South. We will have a party there tonight. Will you go?”

Jack looked at Brandon, laughed haha, “Ok, ok, remember to ask the long-legged girls to serve you!” He reached out his hand to count, “At least five of them.”

Brandon put his arm around his shoulder, nodding briefly, “Okay, five, bro! Is that okay?”

Anna gathered her clothes on the chair, boredly slung her bag over her shoulder to prepare to go home. What a bad day today!

She not only lost her first kiss, but was also deducted half of the service fee by the owner for making customers leave, fortunately with the help of a server, she was not charged with a broken glass of wine!

Brandon, you’re a lousy bastard!

Anna clenched her fists, pounding heavily on the door. In addition, she also had to keep this matter a secret. If her father found out, she would be extremely embarrassed!

“Anna, are you okay?” The neighbor server asked, his face full of worry.

“Hmm, I’m ok, Clay.” Anna turned her head to answer Clay. She still had a beautiful smile, as usual. People couldn’t see how she was suffering inside.

“If there’s anything wrong, you can tell me.” Clay looked at Anna comfortingly. “Shouldn’t you change shifts? I think he’ll keep looking for you! Changed the name while working here too. Don’t use the old name.”

Clay seemed to think of something. He looked seriously at Anna, advising her to change her name and move on to an extra shift.

Anna heard that, taking a sip of Coke, she felt that the idea was not bad.

“Okay, then go ahead, I’ll tell the owner for you!” Anna nodded at Clay, hoping he could say a few words to the innkeeper, after her salary was deducted, she was a little scared when she looked at the owner.

“Okay, I’ll tell you later.” Clay gestured ‘ok’, smiled at Anna friendly, “Hmm, it’s too late, go home and drink a lot of warm water. It will help you more relax!”

Anna nodded in response, stood up, sighed, waved goodbye to Clay, and trampled out the door.

...

In the class, the teacher’s voice introducing the theory of math resounded in the classroom. Today Anna and Brandon’s class learned about the Pythagorean theorem.

Brandon was lying on the table as usual, but something was strange today. He could feel someone’s ardent gaze on him. Although people would also look at him, today’s feeling was much more special.

Hmm, looks like that look came from the bookworm next to him? What’s her name? I forgot, maybe Anna?

Brandon turned his face in Anna’s direction, taking a serious look at her for the first time. She was looking at the board, but why did he still get the feeling she was looking at him?

Looking at Anna for a moment, Brandon sighed, and continued to sleep with his face down on the table. Never mind, I must hallucinate!

Anna was taking notes on the blackboard, feeling Brandon turn her head to look at her, a little disgusted in her heart. She frowned to ignore Brandon. It’s best to pretend that we don’t know each other. What if he finds out she works in a bar?

At this moment, the math teacher stood on the board looking down at the class, her eyes fixed on Anna and Brandon. Lecturing on formulas, she wanted to call on someone to read the textbook examples aloud.

“Brandon, stand up and read the first example.” Ms. Andrea said.

Brandon was dreaming in the clouds, was called by Andrea. He was a little surprised, out of habit. He looked at Anna, asked.

‘To what part?’

But not in his guess. Anna pretended not to hear anything. She pursed her lips and took notes.

‘Bookworm, didn’t you hear me calling?’

Brandon asked again. He frowned. What’s wrong with her? Are your ears deaf? Calling out loud but not listening?

Anna was still the same, sitting there, her stony gaze moving between the blackboard and the white paper, never looking at Brandon at all, not even for a moment.

“What’s up Brandon? Don’t you know what page the example is on? You think if you study well, you don’t need to listen to me anymore, right?” Andrea glared at Brandon, eyes filled with fury.

“No, it’s not…” Brandon just spoke up, interrupted by teacher Andrea.

“Not what?” Ms Andrea looks too angry, her eyes full of fires!
