Lexa disengaged the embrace gently and blinked her eyes repeatedly again. Then, she lifted up her face, and her forest green eyes met his own hazel eyes.

Time seems to halt as both of them gazed into each other's eyes, but no words or sound came from them. It was just like they were communicating with only their eyes. The two were only in their own worlds, and nothing else seems to matter to them.

Suddenly, something rustled beneath them, and this disrupted what they were doing.

" I...um.m," Lexa stammered as she teared her face away from Arnold and dropped her gaze down. Her face flushed due to the embrassment she felt, and she bit her lower lip to reduce the awkwardness that was slowly creeping over her.

But their hands were still united together.

" It okay," Arnold assured her but couldn't stop himself from chuckling, cause Lexa's flushed face amused him, and he curled his lips up.

Lexa nodded but didn't say anything. This was when she recollected what she wanted to say
