Chapter 21: Heart-Break Part 1
"What's going on?" I question as I enter Luke's closet, watching him as he quickly strips from his brown, loose-fitting t-shirt to a snug black one.
He now has on a completely black outfit and begins loading guns, not even hesitating to stuff them in his back pockets along with a few knives.
Wh-what in the world?
"Oh my god.. are we being attacked?" I stammer, gapping down at all the deadly weapons in front of me.
Luke turns towards me, pockets loaded with handguns and an assault rifle slung around his broad shoulders. "Don't worry, I've got it under control," He assures, giving me a look that should make me feel safe but I only feel worse because the pain in his eyes are so prominent.
