Chapter 34

"We should have killed her when we had the chance. You were too weak to do so. Now look what's happening," The angry voice of Michelle sounded in the quiet room.

Mr. Hudson sat quietly, listening to his angry wife as she vented out.

"What do we do now? You know the union between Julian and Tiffany is very important. We can't afford to let Julian ruin things for us!" She added, her anger evident in her voice.

"You have to calm down, honey. We'll look for a way around this. I promise you that." Hudson said, hoping he'd calm her down.

His wife had told him to give permission to get rid of Adi when they had the opportunity, but he didn't feel right about it. Now, look where they've gotten to.

"It'll be even more difficult now that she's with Liam. She's no longer the naive girl we used to know." She hissed.

"We'll find a way to deal with this. Trust me." He moved over to where she sat and wrapped his arms around her. "Everything will turn out fine, okay?"

"I really do hope so."
