WEDDING NIGHT

Emily lay on the bed, sleeping until it became dark.

Daniel brought food for her and said, "My beautiful wife, dinner is ready. I brought it so you can eat to your heart's content."

Hearing his voice, Emily instantly opened her eyes and sat up. She stared at the tray in Daniel's hands and pushed it away, causing the food to splash on his body and the plates to fall on the floor. Everywhere became messy and the plates and trays broke into different pieces.

Daniel stared at her and shook his head. "You shouldn't have done that, darling. Now you're going to have to go to bed hungry."

Emily stared at him and then the plates without a word. He went out of the room, came back with a mop, and cleaned the entire mess. After that, he took the broken plates and tray away and dumped them in the trash. He came back a while later after bathing and making himself look fresh.
