NOT MY BABY

As she overheard Brian's words, Emily was shocked to the bone. She moved back slowly and went to her seat, while he came out of the restroom smiling.

As she stared at him, she wondered if she had just imagined what she heard or if it really happened.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" Brian asked when he saw the way she was looking at him.

Emily shook her head, "Nothing, I'm just... I don't think I feel really good."

"Oh, I'm so sorry," he said. "Come on, let me give you a massage."

As he came and stood behind her to massage her, Emily suddenly felt sick to the stomach. Perhaps it was something about the way he smelled or what she had overheard. She couldn't stand him, so she said, "Please, I want to be alone. Can you give me a few minutes?"
