Liam's POV

She just rejected my offer? This was interesting.

I sat down on the nearest chair, stunned and watched her as she continued working. She got more and more impressive each second that I watched her.

No one, and I mean no one, had ever refused my offer to join my company. It wasn't so easy to join my company as the requirements were quite hard for anyone to fulfill and there was also the question of availability of employment spaces.

"Is it that she doesn't know me?" I frowned as I thought about this possibility.

No! She might not know my company because I didn't mention the name but I mentioned my name. She was supposed to know my name or at least have heard it somewhere.

"Is there anything you would like me to get you, sir?" A waiter's voice drifted into my thoughts and I stared at him blankly for a moment before finally processing what he had said.

"Red wine please," I muttered and continued thinking about how I could hire that lady.
