CHAPTER 32

With a hand on his waist, walking back and forth, listening to what Cameron was telling him between tears, he couldn’t believe destiny was too unfair to do that to him. He didn’t want to be stuck with a woman like her. Someone who had stepped on his pride, but there was something in his heart that didn’t allow him to throw her away.

There were nights were he still remembered the first and last kiss, the night he went to look for her just to find her with Ace. She was so drunk that night that all what happened then must’ve been a consequence of such thing. Even thought, Diego didn’t have the heart to take advantage of that. Unlike Cameron, he indeed succumbed to her.

After what Cameron had declared to him, he immediately asked her to wait for him in the meeting room since her grandfather was there and she didn’t want him to know about it. According to her, she didn’t want to provoke him any bad.
