“Kaya, is there anything you want me to get?” Max asks as he was waiting at the door.

Not wanting to say a word Karilaya only shook her head to say no, She did not look back at him but instead continued to mash the potatoes that she had boiled. She still had no strength nor want to speak to the man, feeling betrayed and hopeless at that moment.
