Looking Forward To Coming Back

Damon’s POV

I'm home and currently sitting at the dining table. The waiter had just served me dinner. And, right in front of me, a plate containing a very delicious and appetizing-looking dinner began to tickle my sense of smell. However, I didn't touch the food at all; all I was doing at the moment was recalling the incident earlier this afternoon when I met Addison along with her two friends. I thought Addison was still undergoing medical tests and hadn't been allowed to come out yet. It turns out I was wrong. When I first saw Addison, I was surprised and happy.

I never expected that we would meet again in a place I never thought we would. If I had turned down the meeting with my client earlier, I wouldn't have been able to meet Addison. So, I feel very lucky that I came to meet them in the end.

I was actually having some business to discuss with a client at one of the restaurants inside the mall. I accidentally saw Addison, who already looked very healthy and even more different
