Chapter 34: Weird Heartbeat

Lessandra's POV:

After Ashley slapped and tweaked me, she immediately acted as if she had done nothing wrong to me.

I slowly clenched my fist. I was just holding back from hurting her as well. Somehow I still have respect left in my body despite what she did to me.

"Don't make any mistake of telling my brother what I have done to you if you don't want me to do it again to you. Also, it's not the only thing I can do, my dear Lessanna. Do you understand?" she said emphatically as she fixed her make-up. I clenched my fist again. I also cleaned myself up after I went out of the bathroom first.

"Are you alright?" Ashton's opening question to me when I got back to our table. Perhaps, Ashton knew that her sister did not feel well for me because I could see the concern in his eyes.

I slowly sat back in my chair then I just smiled at Ashton.

"Yes, I'm okay." I said. I also quickly took a glass of water and immediately drank it.

Ashley didn't come back to our table either because a VIP costumer
