Familiarizing the environment

After dinner, Mercy went back to her room to rest. From an earlier conversation with them, she learned a lot. They were under her sister and not George.

They had to update her every day on how she was doing. Her eating, sleeping, and everyday mood.

She saw the concern in her sister’s actions. She didn’t need to complain even if she didn’t like it. She had to live well and give her sister less trouble.

She took her phone and called Steph.

“Did you arrive well? How is the place? Do you like it?” every single word coming out of Steph was a concern.

“Yes. I arrived safely, and I found the place good. It’s not much different from home.”

“That’s good. Take care of yourself and be safe. If you need anything, just call your George or me if I am not available.”

“It’s okay, sis. I’ll do everything you want me to do. I’ll take care.”

“That’s good to hear. Simon and Muya are good people. They’ll take care of you. If you need, they’ll help”

“Alright. Bye and take care. Got to go.”

“Okay
