George caught up to her

She leaned on the car and tears could be seen threatening to fall. He knew he will have her back to normal. That’s was the first sign that she will overcome her trauma.

“Your parents are involved.” She said at the end. He didn’t know what to say. Was she crying because she was healing or because she was sorry for me? George thought to himself as he approached her closely. They were so close that their bodies touched.

“Don’t worry. I will not let you down. I will settle this for you.” George wiped few drops of tears that had started to flow down her cheek.

“I don’t want to put you in a difficult situation.” She said as she detached herself from him. She walked and entered to the driver’s seat and closed the door. George went round trying to get to the passenger seat but she did not give him the satisfaction. She stepped on the brakes and sped off. George tried to call her but she did not hear him
