“Did you color it?” Harmonee giggle-whispered in Jax’s ear. Jax, not in any better state than Harmonee’s just laughed madly.

"It's nice," she whispered."What is?"

"Mind if I join you?" Sarah whispered, opening the door of the balcony where Scott was sitting quietly with his eyes closed. Without opening his eyes or moving at all, he hummed. 

Downstairs was quiet. Sarah and Scott were sitting on the couch, cuddling up, looking out the french windows and talking in whispers. 

Standing out there alone, it took Madora a long time to process everything. It took a long time for her feelings to catch up with the wreckage that was now her life, but when it finally happened, cold tears flooded down her cheeks as if in compensation for the lost time. They kept falling as she trembled under the unbearable weight of it all and whispered; "He left me... he lied to me... he left me... he lied-"
