It was going to snow. He knew that. 

That song, the words, the notes... It felt like all his new-found energy was drained out of him after that song. Scott stopped playing. A rogue tear slipped out of his eye and landed on his hand. He smiled sadly at the feel of the lone tear but then another one came and another one joined it. Scott's shoulder shook as he sat alone in that room and cried silently.

It felt like Jax had slapped her hard across the face. Just like her uncle used to when he was drunk and angry and Hailey was not being the nice lamb that she was supposed to be. Though, where Trent actually and physically hir her, Jax used his words. Hailey stood there shocked and feeling bruised from that slap. She rounded her eyes as wide as they would go in order to keep herself from crying more. She bit her lip so hard she tasted blood in order to keep the sob in her throat wanting to get out.
