CHAPTER SIXTY:No answer---Tyler slammed the door shut in front of the man who was chasing after them. It feels like his butt was on fire because his moves were very fast. He did not even care when he almost tripped on his way to a couch inside the room. In his hurry, Tyler almost threw Althea's body on the couch as soon as he got there and sprinted to the wardrobe and the bed to get enough clothes to press down on the wound and try stopping the bleeding. When he came back to the couch where he randomly tossed her, he saw her grunting and moving while clutching her bleeding abdomen. Tyler's eyes shone and trembled at the same time. He wasted no time and almost ran to get to her. Then, he kneeled next to the couch and stopped her from sitting."Don't," he said softly. He was trying his best to not anger and agitate her. "Don't waste your energy sitting, I just need you to stay awake. Stay awake for me, okay?"Gently, he guided her body to lay back down and immediately began stacking

CHAPTER SIXTY-TWO:Break off--Both Victoria and Tyler were well known in the circle of the business world. Both are successful—even though Tyler has yet to surpass his parents, his talent for managing his business is remarkable—not to mention Tyler’s father and Victoria’s ex-husband. They have this intimidating air circling them. Many businessmen and women respect them a lot. With the amount of attention and praise they receive; many perceive them as serious and stern people. And, of course, they maintain this front at every business gathering that they attend.But it seems like they forgot how to maintain this image of them right now. April tried her best to not show discomfort on her face. As well as Dave's. Aaron had no issue since he had a stoic face to begin with. CHAPTER SIXTY-FOUR;Hospital--The telephone clanked after Melanie placed it back. After that, the noise faded into the background. She and the other two were standing still next to her. The three adults in the room were still processing the information they received as fast as they could they would not scare the little boy that was with them. Kai was sitting on the chain near them. His arms were laying on the table and he was dangling his feet. His structure is small, after all. He still needs support when sitting down or getting off of the chair sometimes. The little boy was silently staring at the back of the adults. His eyes that he got from her mother were still, it was as if he had fallen into deep thought. He heard everything they said on the phone, but his young brain still can't fully understand the conversation at all. But the look on their faces and the emotion laced with worry, hesitation, and disbelief in their voices made him think,'Something bad happened to mother.'

CHAPTER SIXTY-SIX:RUN--Inside a black van were 5 chaotic men. The rock music coming from the speakers was loud. It was irritating to the ear, but for some reason, the men inside were also shouting along with the music. Their drive is not steady at all since their driver looks drunk and all. They were so noisy that their noise even escaped the van, but it annoyed no passerby or other vehicles. Because there were none in the first place. The black van was driving alone on an abandoned road. The road was rocky and grassy. It looks like it has not been maintained for a long time. Their surroundings were quiet. The only source of sounds was their noise and the rustling of the leaves when birds flew away from the trees or landed to take a rest on the branches. Other than that, the place is oddly dark and silent. They can see nothing but the bumpy, straight road and the tall trees. CHAPTER SIXTY-EIGHT:Tyler and Kai--Morning came earlier than Tyler expected. Like his daily routine, he's woken up by his maid, takes a bath after a short run in his garden, then wears his outfit of the day; a tie and his black suit, then pairs it up with black leather shoes. Tyler stood in front of his human-sized mirror while fixing his tie. His hair is a little damp since he didn't dry it properly. He's a little lazy to dry them using a towel. He even just runs his hand on them, not bothering about styling them.Knock, knock.Tyler paused when he heard the knocks. Looking at the door through the mirror, he called. "Yes?""Sir Tyler," a muffled voice called. Although it was a little inaudible, he immediately recognized it as the head maid. His former nanny. "Your breakfast is ready.""Wait," Giving his appearance a quick fix and check, he turned away from the mirror and opened the door. The head maid was already standing at a safe distance so he could pass. Tyler smiled at her. "
