After they all had dinner Felix and Mercedes excused themselves to go on their run as planned. While they were in the garden, Felix had asked Mercedes to go for a run in wolf form. She was reluctant at first since she only transformed once under duress but Felux convinced her that he would show get how to do it. So she agreed and that is what they were going to do. Felix grabbed an overnight backpack with blankets and some snacks. Mercedes was confused as to what it was for and Felix told her that they would not return until morning. Hand in hand they strolled further away from where the celebration was. Felix took off his suit and placed it over Mercedes's shoulders. Mercedes woke up from deep slumber. When her eyes opened she was still groggy but she suddenly remembered that she had a date. Her eyes immediately landed on the wall clock which read 5:50 PM. Feeling refreshed as certainly getting some rest had served its purpose she immediately got out of bed and dashed to the bathroom. She wanted to take a quick shower to remove all negative energy from her body.
