Double Standards
Malcolm came home from the office to find Melody torn between playing with little David and his blocks. She was making towers, and he was knocking them down. Chatting happily with him. He noticed David was drooling quite a bit, and he worried for a moment before he remembered David probably was teething and would be off and on for many months. He’d read that in one book Jordan had found. This would be a messy time in their lives. He wasn’t sure how long the condo would survive David, his diaper, food, drool, learning to stand and walk. He decided he’d have to pack some of the art away so that it would survive until David was old enough to know better. Malcolm was attached to many of the pieces. He’d have to see about acquiring a couple more rooms from this floor. David needed a playroom where his toys could be scattered without becoming so much of a tripping hazard for his parents. Also, a room to store and display the art and such he took from the condo. Of course, a

Differing Expectations
Melody had been trying to work out what to do with the flooded shop. Pretty much she and Ellie needed to get down there to assess -the damage and lead the clean up. She had a list of things Malcolm needed for the firm done and there was little David. She was struggling to make it through the day sane. Melody hadn’t asked for her old job back, but she was afraid at the time to say anything. Now she was looking at adding pack duties to the list. She liked her job at the firm. Melody made promises to, and she was financially invested in their business. It was fun creating the recipes. She wouldn’t give up David if her life depended on it. Then there were pack duties. Duties Melody knew nothing about or what they needed or expected of her. Something had to give for her. It still scared her to say much of this to Malcolm as he swung hot and cold. She and Ellie had to go to the shop. No photo or video would do what their eyes could. They could le

Heading to the Meeting
“Jordan, I’m heading for the car now. We have twenty minutes to get to the meeting. So we’re preparing on the way to the meeting. There’s a lot.” Malcolm wasn’t on the way. He was sitting in the car waiting and going over everything he could. This was insane.Over forty-three incidents in the last three weeks. The Harbour Wolves lost three warehouses to fire right along the territorial line with the Don Valley Pack. The Don Valley Pack suffered several break-ins. Items taken were used or left behind during robberies in several businesses within the neutral zone. The Crimson Nights complained of someone stealing their protection racket payments by claiming they were Crimson Nights members. The fools didn’t understand that there were security cameras and other features they could use to identify the culprits. They may not know which pack they truly belonged to, but they could prove they didn’t belong to any of the packs on the council. As for the Parkside Pack, his pack, was hi

The Toronto Council of Alphas
Jordan entered the private dining room of the Humber Valley Pack’s flagship restaurant, the Sentinel’s Feast. Situated in an old historic Toronto Dominion Bank building that dated to the beginning of the city. The private dining room was for Shifter use only and found in the building’s basement. The hardest part of the night was getting all the large shifters down the narrow staircase with no one’s fears of enclosed spaces being triggered. By the time everyone was in the spacious dining room, there were close to thirty people or more there. It was a meeting room only with all the Alphas and Betas from each pack. The way to get onto the council was to possess territory within the GTA, the Greater Toronto Area. Once upon a time, each city boasted one or two packs. As time went on, the cities grew larger and literally bled into each other. The council put an end to the slaughter for the command of the territory. The council usually met once or twice a month to

Time to Herself
Melody finally got David to sleep. It was one of the hardest things she had to do as a mother. David loved her and was so aware of her. Right from the beginning, he somehow knew that not everything was right with her, no matter how hard she tried to ignore it, hide it, or pretend something wasn’t bothering. It was like he was trying to comfort her or protect her, even though he was just a little pup. It was one of those endearing but annoying traits he possessed. Though she wasn’t sure where he got that trait from. Finally, she was alone and all she could do was run over everything that they needed to do tomorrow. From assessing the damage and seeing if anything was salvageable. What she feared was that everything was salvageable, but the smell. Melody dreaded the smell. Would it permeate everything?Ellie and she had to talk about whether they should back out of that shop. They had one here now and Ellie was busy with the live streams and filling ordered from the website shop. Melody

Can We Talk Next Time
Melody woke up early, crying out in response to Malcolm’s face between her thighs. His hands held her thighs open as his tongue did delicious things to her very core. “Well, this is a fine good morning. Oh gods, Malcolm, I need more! Ahhh…! Please fuck me.” Malcolm growled into the apex of her thighs. “All in good time, sweetheart. His fingers toyed at her entrance, teasing her, opening her. Letting his tongue to sink deeper into her again and again. He wanted her good and ready for him. He was going to make sure he gave this his all. He wanted to know by the end of the month that she was knocked up again with their next pups. When he could take the pressures in his balls anymore, Melody was mewling those sexy sounds she made when she was head over heals into, her= needs. Malcolm grabbed her foot and lifted her so that he could thrust down into her with the force she craved, and he could drive his desire into her depths to take root if it hadn’t yet. Melody c

Live with Ellie
Jordan watched Ellie talk to the camera, responding to the people watching her make her products and talk about them. He’d had to put his foot down and have a few people come in to help. Jordan brought in three people. One to work the camera, another to monitor the live feed chat room for undesirable people and a third to help in the background with her supplies. “Hey, everyone. You’ll notice our format has changed a little. Jay follow me. We have this man to thank for it.” Jordan found himself being pulled from his own work that he was trying to pay attention.“This is Jordan. So to all the haters that think I should put out. Well, you can ask that question directly to him. But I warn you, he bites.” Ellie gave him a cheeky smile and kissed his cheek. Jordan waved uncomfortably at the camera.“Now on to the format changes. There are so many. The St. Lawrence Market location is currently closed and clean up is ongoing. We now have a Yonge and Eglinton location. New s

Omission is as Good as Lying
Ellie heard the men talking, but she didn’t want to give Alonso his fifteen minutes of fame. He’d had more than his chance when the elders granted her to him. She’d been fifteen at the time and he’d been twenty-five. He ignored her then and now she was making something of herself. He probably wanted his share of it. Or all of it and he’d run it into the ground like everything else he got his hands into. She’d seen him take an interest in two other women. One he abandoned when she became pregnant with his kits and the other, they found at the bottom of a stairwell in the Den’s building. No one knew if she fell, killed herself, or he pushed her. It was part of the reason Ellie avoided him at all costs. He was greedy scum, and she would have been little more than a slave and piggy bank. Then she realized she’d stopped talking and corrected her error. Once she finished the live, it was exhausting. She’d done several videos and then the live. But they did it for another week,

On The Way
Ellie couldn’t believe he was this angry. Jordan spanked and lied. They weren’t discussing anything. He was telling her what was going to happen and what she’d done wrong. What bothered her was she was happy and bloody well turned on. He cared enough to be bothered by this. She’d honestly never thought of it coming back to haunt her. Right now, he had her ready to climb the walls to find some kind of release from the desire he ignited in her. Jordan toyed with her and got her all eager for him. Then he made her watch him find release. Now he was making her shower and dress for the fundraiser. He told her she wasn’t allowed to touch herself, and he watched her shower and dress. When she asked why, he simply stated that she was being punished and if she was good during the fundraiser, she’d find relief afterwards. Ellie wasn’t sure if this was a punishment or foreplay. Either way, it would be a long night. When Jordan was touching her, she couldn

You have Family
Melody now sat in the vehicle with Malcolm. She’d been rushed into from the elevator. He’d at least told her they travelled like this for the safety of the pack. If it killed them, then Jordan and Ellie survived, and the same in reverse. Two moving targets. “I see your appointments went well, and the sitter was up to snuff?” “Malcolm the sitter admitted she’s your mother. Seriously, am I supposed to insult her? She raised an Alpha, and she gets to see her grand pup. Why didn’t you tell me your parents were alive? I would have let them see him. Geez, your mother thought I was keeping David from them.” “My father is dead, and my mother is visiting from another pack. She found herself a second chance mate, and she lives on the east coast now with him. She came when she could.” “Oh, then why did she make me feel I was withholding her grand pup from her?” “Because she’s my mother, and she manipulates everything, so people feel sorry for her. Don’t wo
